Primary responsibilities for the Customer Service Associate position may include, but are not limited to the following: 

Great Attitude Manage a high volume of customers Taking the initiative with customers to build sustainable relationships Maintain records of all conversations in the Field Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and provide solutions to issues Meet personal/team.

Requirements:

*Must have Matric/Equivalent (NQF Level4)
*Team Player
*No criminal record
*Age: 18-31 years
