Loving online tutor for your primary school child - Let's keep it simple!

Good day all,

I provide tutoring lessons for primary school children (all subjects except Maths) via Zoom. I can also assist your 8th grade child with their English, Afrikaans and Life Sciences.

To describe myself, I am a calm and patient lady. I have a B.Sc. in Biodiversity and Conservation Biology. I tutored biology during my final year at university and taught English online.

The classes will always be centered around your child's learning needs, with much consideration given to their learning styles. From the get-go, I will gently encourage students to fully engage with me. When it comes to corrections, I will try my best to raise their awareness about their errors so that they are able to correct themselves.

Lessons won't be singly focused on homework. I will provide students with in-class worksheets and exercises. Mixed media (video and audio) will also be incorporated into lessons.

We will first have a free 30-minute introduction session via Zoom to discuss your child's learning needs. Thereafter, we can arrange 1-2 hourly sessions per week.

At the end of each lesson, I will send a summary of the lesson content and a detailed progress report.

Rate: R 150 per hour
