The cottage has it's own private entrance leading off the large furnitured entertainment deck with braai facilities. Awesome for early morning coffee or after work Sundowners, while listening to the active bird life.
This open plan cottage is large, airy and bright and has a fitted kitchenette with cooking equipment, cutlery and crockery. It futures a double bed, freestanding cupboard for clothes, a two-seater couch and Smart TV. Separate shower en-suite. Washing machine available for use.
WiFi, Netflix and You Tube inclusive with other channels available "pay-as-you-use". Electricity and water inclusive if used conscientiously.
Deposit of R4500 plus one month's rent required to secure. Signing of a short or long term lease is mandatory.
