This is a mini warehouse in a complex in the heart of Kya Sand. Access onto Malibongwe Drive is easy, and from there to either the N1 or the N14 is relatively easy and quick.

The complex is walled and the wall electrified with a steel sliding gate.

The unit has a welcoming reception and ablution with the standard warehouse at the back. The warehouses each have an "on grade" 4m high roller door and eave height of about 4m. The common yard is sufficient to accept a Links truck.

Two units are powered with three phase 80 amps, whilst this unit is equiped with 105amps.
We require a minimum 3 year lease. The rental will escalate at 8%pa and the levies / operating costs at 11% p.a.
Personal sureties of all directors / members are required together with a cash deposit equal to two months of the last year’s rental including VAT.
No tenant’s installation allowances will be made. Tenants to fit out units at their own cost and expense, subject to design being to Landlord’s approval
