At CatzRus, we care about our rescue kittens and we provide a responsible adoption process. Adopters need to apply for our vet-checked kittens.
All of our kittens have a rescue story. They come from the streets and factories and shopping malls of Pretoria. They find love and confidence and new life in the homes of our experienced foster volunteers.

We have a network of over 10 veterinary practices in Pretoria who kindly give us rescue rates that we are able to pass on to our adopters.
Our Adoption Package of R950 includes sterilisation and microchip and vaccinations at 8 and 12 weeks. It also includes comprehensive pre-adoption vet care.

While we are confident that we only adopt out healthy kittens (unless they have special needs which we always disclose), the stress of adoption can occasionally lower immunity and cause a post-adoption illness. On advice of our vets, we will cover vet costs for pre-existing conditions that may arise in the days 10 days immediately after adoption. If our vets deem that the illness or injury is due to negligence on the part of the adopter, we will not cover the costs of the vet care.
