Sales Representatives

At Innovative Acquisitions International we are seeking highly motivated and target-driven Sales Representatives to join our sales team. Our sales team
is responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into new clients, so the sales rep will play a crucial role in growing our customer base and increasing revenue.
The ideal candidate will be capable of building strong relationships with potential clients and effectively communicating the value of our products and services. The Sales Representative will be the main point of contact for clients and will be responsible for understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Responsibilities of a Sales Representative:
Generate sales leads through various channels
Conduct thorough research on potential clients and their industries to identify opportunities for business growth.
Develop and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, projections, and pipeline to the sales manager.

Requirements
Grade 12 Matric Certificate
Ability to speak and write in English
Proven experience in a sales or business development role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Good understanding of sales techniques and principles.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to travel as needed.
