So you've been growing the stuff for a while now and you're still battling to get a decent crop?
Spending more and more on nutrients and grow mediums?
Ever heard of worm castings? Or you've heard of them but have found that many grow shops don't have stock. Worm Castings is basically worm crap and when you add this stuff to your stuff you'll soon see much bigger and better stuff.
I'm not doing a science lesson here, go google worm castings and ... the stuff and you'll see that I know my stuff which is breeding worms or vermiculture.
So why not start making the castings (vermicompost) and worm tea yourself? You literally need any old container such as a bucket or a tote, some food scraps and a bunch of eager worms and you'll be producing lots of crap for your stuff in no time. It also doesn't smell, so you can easily do it anywhere in the house. If it smells you've done something wrong and need to call me.
I'm selling "Red Wiggler" worms, natures wonder workers that produce the best fertilizer on the planet, go ahead, google that. For a 25 ltr. bucket you'll need around 1500 worms and a 60 x 40cm tote around 3000 worms. The worms consume organic matter that you feed them and the more worms you have the quicker they'll produce what is known as black gold. With every batch of worms I add ample starter bedding, a complete vermicomposting guide (PDF), my own worm chow recipe and my advice to get you going.
Price: R400 per 1000 worms, collect and cash only from our farm in Pretoria West.
