📌 TERMS & CONDITIONS
A refundable registration deposit of R5 000.00 is payable. No CASH ACCEPTED. Registration deposits are refundable within 5 working days of the auction. Assets are sold as is and have no duty to be repaired. 10% commission & VAT is payable. This will be a reserved auction. Only 2 days will be granted for release. The Auctioneer is Ronnie Botes. A 7-day confirmation period is applicable. Only registered buyers who have completed a registration card and supplied the auctioneer with the necessary information may participate on the auction. For private individuals, proof of identification in the form of a passport or ID book as well as original or certified proof of address in terms of a utilities account or lease agreement that is less than three months old is required. The highest accepted bidder shall be the Buyer of any such lots. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the highest bidder, Dynamic Auctioneers may re-auction the lots concerned, declare the successful Buyer, or remove the item(s) from the auction.
