Here we have a True Survivor Car. A One Owner unrestored HT GTS Monaro with just over 88,000 Genuine Miles on the Odometer. It is immaculate. You just do not see such good unmolested examples like this today unless they have undergone extensive restorations. This is a Survivor Car worthy of placing in any Muscle Car Collection.
99% Original Paint in overall excellent condition. It had a small touch up done when it was delivered brand new and the Transport Company put a small scratch on one of the rear side stripes.
100% Original Interior apart from the Stereo, Antennae and Speakers on the rear Parcel Shelf.
100% Original Vinyl Roof from the Factory with no bubbling under the Vinyl and all stitching is still as new.
100% Original 308 V8 Engine with 2-Speed Powerglide Transmission and Factory Limited Slip Differential, which has travelled just over 88,000 Miles from Brand New. The Radiator and Heater Hoses have been replaced as well as the usual maintenance to keep it in good running condition. Passenger door window winder also needs attention.
All Chrome and Stainless Trims are intact, straight and are in very good condition.
All Glass is good with no wear or cracks and all Rubbers are still doing their job as the Car has been kept under cover most of its life.
It comes with Good Tyres on period era correct Chrome Rims. The Original GTS Caps are safely stored and come with the Car. All Original Paperwork is available and the Pictures form a part of this Description.
This Vehicle has been Lovingly Cared for by its fastidious Owner, who has kept the Car under cover and only ever driven on Good Weather days .
He is now at the stage in life where he feels it is time to move it on to someone who will love and care for it as he has done since its purchase in 1970. This is his Pride and Joy with signs of minimal wear and tear from general use, eg some paint wear under the front Stone Tray and Sill Panels, as well as under the front of the Bonnet, near the Driver’s Scuff Plate and some marking on the Fuel Cap. .....
